I admit that the price is very high, but its a cool 68 anyway. Not a fan of the 4.8L ether, a 6.2 would have been a much better choice IMO. IDK if I have ever seen a 67-68 crew cab before.Wow! That makes my '67 project look like the rust bucket-shot out truck that it really is!
I honestly have no clue. If i had to guess id say it was an upfitter that made them but GM has done some weird stuff. Was that actually a thing from the factory??? Those rear flares look like it was with the door handle cutouts

If anyone could answer with any sort of certainty it would probably be @someotherguy
I saw a GMT400 suburban dually a few months back. My wife was not amused when i turned around to try to get a better look.https://fortcollins.craigslist.org/cto/d/cheyenne-1995-gmc-25001tonsuburban-slt/6882035912.html
i wish this had some more pictures
At least the dually comes with a nice boat lolI don't know what in tarnation people are smoking/vaping/shootin up with that makes them think vehicles are worth these prices. KBB lists this at $4100 on the very high end. I guess I need to sell my '99 for $10K without doing any more work on it.
