My truck is a 1993 4x4 with an nv3500
That setup is not a plug and play compatibility with any stock GM computer. The 93-95 4.3 sticks used a 8192 baud rate PCM and the 93-95 350 stick trucks used a 160 baud rate ECM. The pinouts and connectors are different between them. Because they are different computers you cannot just swap the chip either. The PCM uses a memcal and the ECM a chip. The 96-97 Mexico TBI export trucks use the PCM but I have yet to see a binary file for anything except an automatic.
I would talk with Dave at Old School EFI on the Gearhead-EFI forum. I think he has done a V8/Stick PCM calibration before. Those PCMs have alot of options when it comes to what they can run. TBI/CPI/MFI along with 4L60E, 4L80E, 700r4, Non computerized automatics and Stick. Years ago I did a 454 MPFI/4L60E setup for a local guy with a 95 C1500.
