@Sean Buick 76 3.73's in the rear axle, 4.10's in the front dana 60. Once it's on the road I'll make the final decision on which to keep. It's probably going to be the 3.73's so i'm not screaming on the highway

Front shock setup is complete, some details: OBS Ford shock towers welded to the WFO 88-98 Chevy frame plates with Bilstein 5100 series shocks and M14-2.0x80mm bolts. Bottom shock tabs are builder parts from RuffStuff. This gives me just over an inch of extension remaining at full droop.

Towers, Dorman part 523-054
Bilstein 5100 series 24-187374
Collapsed Length (IN) - 16.75
Extended Length (IN) - 26.73
Upper Mount Type - Eye 14.1mm
Lower Mount Type - Eye 14.1mm
4x M14x2.0 80mm metrics 10.9 hardware

I am doing the SAS with the same ORD kit on my 99K2500 Suburban 7.4. When I cut off the mounts for the IFS and saw the indention where the frame has a step in and was wondering how that shock tower would work. What plate did you use? That looks really good!

Ok so learned a few things on the Suburban. So having to relocate the rear air lines inbound from the frame rails so the rear spring bracket will have room. Which also means the exhaust has to be changed because the two pipes on the passenger side were in the way. So being the old school hot rodder I am, I now have full length headers and dual exhaust being installed (by me) tomorrow. Today I spent time hacsawing the exhaust off and removing the manifolds and air lines. Tomorrow will be removing the smog pump and swapping out the intake and going back with my holley street dominator intake and quick fuel 750 dp. For those that ask, safety only inspection where I am at and when its over 25 years there is no emissions testing any longer. I still have the cat converters and could put them on but haven't decided on that. Also have to relocate the stock oil filter (which is a side mount setup) to the normal straight down bbc setup. Won't clear the headers the way it is from the factory. I have a TCI transmission controller for the 4l80e and also a comp cams 278HR cam, springs, keepers, setup. Once I get it going again and work out the bugs, I plan on swapping the cam and springs but not right now. When I get the exhaust on it I will post more pictures. Also, the factory manifolds have studs on them so a 6 point socket gets those out with a prayer and some PB blaster. I was praying they didn't break off in the head.
