Non A/C cab

Anybody know whats involved in putting A/C in a non A/C cab?

I have a 90 with A/C but rockers and corners are rotted.
Found a non A/C cab in nice shape but no A/C.
I was thinking of stripping everything out of the A/C cab and putting it in the non A/C cab.

I figured I would have to drill holes in the firewall for the A/C stuff, but is there anything else?
