1994 full size blazer 4x4 actuator?

i was looking into one of those, but before i pulled the trigger i got under the truck and pulled the actuatore and the connections were pretty dirty, i cleaned everything up and put straight 12v to the actuator and it worked... next i cleaned up both ends of the connectors and put die electric...
