my 60/40 has a center that folds down. its in near perfect shape. only took it out cause i replaced it w/ leather buckets. heck i even have the back seat too if your interested lol. took that out for a sub box.- burganyntan98

Electric Fan Conversion???
i have my electric fan on a switch and its also wired up to come on any time the ac compressor kicks on. just used a couple of relays to make it happen. and the switch automatically resets when the key is off. so im able to get in the truck and let it do a proper warm up then kick the fan on.- burganyntan98

This one has been a head scratcher of a problem, and I need more help!
did ya ever find out if the injector started firing again? that would be my first thing to mess with clean and or replace. might check if that injector is getting any signal to fire at all. coulda been a hungry mouse that left a wire frayed enough to connect and disconnect w/ vibration...- burganyntan98

yeah i kinda figured it would be a simple conversion. i'm just curious if the trans will suffer longevity from not being able to reach warm up quicker from the engine coolant temps or does it matter? and will it run cooler with the cooler being external?- burganyntan98

not sure if this has been covered or not. but couldn't find a good thread on it. been looking at buying an aluminum welded radiator. (tired of the plastic tanks on the side cracking and leaking) only problem is the ones that fit that have the atf cooler inside are ridiculously expensive. curious...- burganyntan98

broke this heater hose and need a part number. pic inside
that broke on my truck and while trying to remove the quick disconnect fitting i damaged the lower intake. :( the regular nipple is a good idea.- burganyntan98

fuel economy help
im pretty sure its just a 3.42 just a half ton 2wd. i rarely use it to tow more than a fourwheeler or two. but it has seen a tractor and a few f250s. lol. i do a pretty even amount of highway and city driving. i could understand going lower gearing in the city like a 4.11 or so, but wouldn't...- burganyntan98

I have a 98 ecsb w/ a 305 in it. ive been doing almost any mod i can think of to get my fuel econ up. cai, exhaust (no muffler just cat) electric fan, basic tune up. and no matter how i drive or where i drive it tends to get the same fuel economy as i did before any of the mods (15 mpg/avg). i...- burganyntan98
