Crossmember replacement!!
I grenaded my steady bearing in my 1993 2500hd and that crossmember put a hole in the box lol but ya its fairly simple I took the bed off and took real heavy angle iron and knotched it out on either end an I do believe there 45 inches apart so weld that and boxed in the tank as well lil crude...- Brad Dunbar

Drive Shaft Length ??? ???
I have a 1995 k1500 extended cab 6.5 ft box 4l60e 8.5 inch rear end 3.73 my aluminum 1 piece rear shfts 65.5 inches long is that correct?- Brad Dunbar

The Stupid Axle Questions Thread
Ok i need some info as to what I should doo here i have a 1995 gmc sierra k1500 its got the 10 bolt gt4 gov lock rear end that iv piled up.amd i have a 1988 gmc sierra c1500 gu6 can I gut the rear end oit the 88 and put it in my 95 and just say keep the front drive shaft out for now cuz hurting...- Brad Dunbar
