So, since 93/94 4L60E is different than a 95 4L60E, and 93,94,95 are different than all other 4L60E’s and 93,94,95 pcm’s are different than 1996 and later, I’m thinking the 4L80E may not be a plug in affair. I have a 1993 and I’d like to put a 4L80 in but I was told the electrical was...- Waterhauler

Air conditioning issue
Unplug low pressure cutout switch, jumper the two terminals and listen for the compressor to kick on. If it does, it may just be low on Freon or the switch is bad. I’d check Freon first,, for me that’s usually the problem but I’ve had that switch go bad too. They aren’t that expensive.- Waterhauler
