Looking for fuel pump suggestions
I have a single walbro 450 in the tank of my 88 K1500 and it's about tapped out on E85 at 14psi. I'd guess around 550rwhp. I'd suggest something like a 340 or 450 in the tank and run a separate surge tank with twin pumps in said tank. Hyperfuel G-Surge makes a twin pump version that's cost...- tlenzi

You're going to run into a bigger problem. You cannot modify the ECM in any way which means you cannot remove VATS. I went down this road and up until recently it didn't seem to be an issue.
