    Ok so some auto electrician shop found out that 2 of the bulb sockets where screwed up because someone shoved the wrong lights in them, which messed them up pretty bad, but they were still working. Just not correctly. weird how that would make the flashers go off everytime you use the blinkers...

    Mine actually does not have, or had a trailer wiring harness connector. Do you think a wire might still be shorting?

    Will do! Do you think it could be? Everything was fine when I got the truck a year ago and then it started to flash hazards when I flip my switch either way. So I changed the multifunction switch and it does the same thing. I also haven’t seen anything online about someone having this issue...

    Ok I will do that tomorrow. Yeah today I went around and looked for all the grounds and cleaned them all off with electrical cleaner and wire brush. I’ll let you know what happens. Thank you!

    oh ok I didn’t even think of that, and what setting would you put that on? Sorry I’m just not to good with this stuff. Would that also test the ground if it’s good. If I put the negative on the ground wire, if it’s grounded right?

    Yeah, all that would be left, is a shorting out wire or a bad ground. It takes a special someone to know how to do auto electric stuff I don’t know what I’m doing when it comes to this stuff.
