88 Chevy K 1500 Scottsdale Oil Pan Removal
I did the gasket change in my truck which is the same as yours(88 Chevy Scottsdale). I unbolted the engine mounts used a 2x4 cut off roughly to the size of 10 inch. 10 Bolt to 14 Bolt
Howdy. I have a question also in regards to 14 bolt semi float axles. I have an 88 Chevy k1500. I found a 88 gmc c2500 with the 14 sf. Is the c2500 14 bolt semi float able to be swapped to my k1500 or would I need to find a k2500 with the 14 bolt semi float? Has anyone here done this or is it...- samevo

88 TBI 350 stumbling and missing under load.
I had a similar issue with my 88. My truck would stutter going up hills or getting throttling on ramps or pulling a trailer and accelerating. My issue was a corroded pickup coil in my distributor. The connector was brittle and barley holding on. Wires were also brittle and cracked. She runs good...- samevo
