On the SPID tag is there a code to denote which rear it has? All I remember finding was the 3.42 gears. Other than the paint flaking from the bed, and me really needing to clean the inside, I'm happy with it. I believe I over paid ($3,800), but to find a base this clean I would've had to...

1991 k1500... v6 to v8, some suspension questions regarding general components

I'm not sure if someone has the time for this or can just mention some of the things worth noting, also if it mentions Z71... Here is my spid tag, is there somewhere else I can get this information off the vehicle? Or Is it after this wears off, its pretty much gone for ever?

1991 4.3l swapped to 5.7l, some engine hesitation questions.

I just brought the truck back home last night, and after driving it for awhile it seems that I am aiming more towards constant rich settings. The truck does not really seem to get up and go after it warms up as PO mentioned. At idle it smells very very rich, and it seems the idle stays constant...

not that I know this, how does the temperature of coolant (from ECM perspective) alter fuel, spark or air going into combustion? Or is it just an early attempt at telling the motor it can only go so hard depending on its warmth?
