    I know the feeling as I just had my K1500's replaced back in February just two weeks after I bought it! :Frustrated: Luckily for me, repairing tranny's is what my uncle does for a living so got the "family" discount at $1200. Hope you make the right decision, one you wont regret later!

    Refurbishing the front suspension.

    Did you do all the work with the exception of the alignment by yourself? If so what was the average cost to do it as I am looking at having to start replacing my front end as well?

    I am using a box I had built for my Sonoma standard cab that housed a 12" Boss sub in a ported box sitting behind the driver's seat in my K1500 right now. Planning on designing a box to fit two 12s under the back seat using a pair of Memphis Audio subs.

    What is the purpose of swapping to an Escalade cluster when switching to leds? Can they be put into a OEM cluster as well? If so is there a special number to be looking for when ordering the leds?
