Wavy fender flares.
The wave seems to be more apparent with the matte black flares. Almost as if they have expanded over time. The OE paint matched flares don't seem to have this problem. The factory matte black flares on my truck are doing the same wave thing on my k3500. I haven't found much online about...- Brittin

Need advice on led headlight conversion???
No LED light bulb is going to make a painted reflector shine. The chrome 'reflects' the light in front of you. No chrome, no light. Regardless of the brightness of the light bulb, especially on the black surface. Go ahead and order a new set of headlight housings.- Brittin

4L60E 4WD to 2WD Conversion
I believe the easiest would be to remove the front driveshaft, front diff, and CV shafts and leave it at that. Replacing the 4wd trans with a 2wd trans would require a 2wd rear driveshaft, some wiring, and possibly a cross-member. Since the frames are different between 2wd and 4wd, I'm sure I...- Brittin

Towing with sbc 350!!!
A healthy 350 shouldn’t have an issue with the occasional trailer. My 96 C1500 with a 305 used to be my boat and motorcycle hauler. -
