Won’t shift out of first?

my first post here
Just got this truck awhile back and havent had time to mess with it.
Transmission was rebuild and less then 500 miles she lost everything but first and reverse
No codes or lights
It will shift into second manually but will slip
Speedo works
My buddy sent me this earlier
Do y’all have any other suggestions to try and look for?

What did the rebuilders have to say about it? Sure as heck sounds like a warranty issue to me.
