Thanks guys it was the the ground on the back of the frame. It apparently broke before and some one "tried" to fix it. There was a 4 inch piece of wire that was twisted together then electrical taped, big surprise it came apart. After another piece of wire and alittle solder and some heat shrink, problem solved. Thanks again!
