Will 285/70-17 with 9x17 rims ET 12 fit my 89 K1500 without rubbing, no lift?

Im gonna say no. But with a lil t-bar crank n some trimming it *might*

I have that size tire and rim on my 1500 that has 2500 leaves and a mild crank. 37" front fender height. I don't rub at all. I might flexing it off road though.
