Its an aftermarket part, they sell them on Amazon. One unit can do up/down on 2 windows or just one direction on 4 windows so if you want up and down on 4 windows you'll need 2 modules and thats only from drivers side, I can't remember if you can get it to work for passenger side switch too since I installed it couple years ago, I think you can but you have to run wires from the module (which I installed in drivers door) all the way over to the passenger door and T the wires between passenger switch and window motor. But again I could be wrong since its be so long and they might have new model out thats more capable.
