Wheel question

has anyone tried running the humvee H1 wheels on any 88-98 GM truck obviously the 25-3500 trucks

As long as the wheels aren't off an H1 that has the constant tire inflation system (CTIS) then they should be the same bolt pattern and center bore as an H2 wheel, that is, in other words 8x6.5" / 8x165mm and 117mm center bore just like any GMT400 8 lug. Backspacing may be another issue, dunno the specs there.
