What's the easiest way to hook into stock exhaust on 2 dr tahoe w/LSx swap?

I just put a new magnaflow cat system and gibson 3" catback and now am already thinking about an LSx swap. I'd like to run stock exhaust manifolds but could do shorty headers if that helps Would like to hook into the magnaflow system I just put on, but also open to a new cat forward if there is one that would fit. The builds I've been seeing have all went headers. What's the easiest way to plumb stock exhaust manifolds into the exhaust?

Most likely going to have to have an exhaust shop weld up a y pipe or modify the one you have. (Assuming its a single 3" exhaust) i haven't found any obs ls swap exhaust parts other than headers, but that doesn't mean its not out their some were. I just haven't found it.
