What size tire can I run?

Sorry I'm pretty sure this question has been asked before. Just got a 4/6 drop on my extended cab. Currently running stocks but I have some baby billets that I'm planning on installing. They came off a S10 so i had to get adaptors (5x5 to 5x4.75) and the front are 17x7 and rear are 17x8. Front are on 255/45/17 and rear are 275/40/17. Now, what tires are possible to run? Either low pros are "meaty" tires is what I'm looking for, just not very smart in how tires work on my truck with those rims. Thanks!

I ran 255/55/17 on 8” fronts and 275/55/17 on 9.5” rears. Over 20 years ago so no pics….

I've run 255/50-17 up front and 275/60-17 out back on 8" Boyd's all around. Was built in the 90's with the big and littles look.
