I just installed a clutch pedal setup in my `89. I have at least one spare set, shown below. They're cleaned up and rattle-can painted.
The safety/interlock switch isn't shown, but I think I have one of those, also.

If your truck was originally an auto, there is a mount under the dash that you'll need to add (or account for, somehow). This is what supports the trailing edge of the stamped steel pedal bracket.
