Viper alarm, 24 pin plug/aux/shutdown/trigger

Which wires should I use and how do I connect them? I know that I don't need all of them but which ones are necessary for it to function properly? And do I need relays for this?

I've read through that list of wiring and so far I think I only need wire 9, 11, 12, 15 and 18. The only thing I'm wondering about is the horn honk output wire 16. The rest I can just put aside until another day. Right?

Unless there happens to be a professional DEI installer (Viper's parent company) browsing through here, you might be out of luck asking this. You're requesting some really specific information. Also might help to at least include the model number of the system you're looking for help with. I'm assuming it's the 5706V you referenced in your other thread?
