Urgently Need Cheap Used Battery (Locally in Marin County/Sonoma County)

Does anybody near me have a cheap battery they want to let go of? Perhaps you are upgrading to a bigger capacity one or just have a spare? I can't currently justify spending for a new one, but I can't try to fix my Silverado without a battery. Hoping to spend like $20-40 on a used battery that's a few years old, but is still working. I'd rather support a member here than pick-n-pull.
