Turn signal issue

Alright guys here's the situation:

• turn signal flashes at varying speeds
• only the driver side is affected
• affects both front, rear, and arrow in dash
• hazards work at normal speed

could be a short in your wireing some where

Well I replaced the battery since it needed to be replaced anyways, and now I can't get the issue to arise. So.....yay? haha
