Tuned computers

i keep seeing guys talking about black bear tuned computers, i know it wont go into my 94 but I'm going to be looking for a 98 in decent shape and buying one by the end of the summer and eventually get around to doing a frame up restoration in a year or so with my dad, and im interested in this computer swap, if someone could throw me some info thatd be great!
