Ok good to know! I might do that because a buddy of mine owns an Autowrecker so I might be able to find a good 6.0L engine! Were you able to use your stock gauges? And would I be able to use my 4l60e tranny?

Yes you can use your stock gauges and also yes you can use your trans. If you haven't already check out LS1truck.com there is a whole section for LS swap's in obs truck's!

Oh awesome, and with the 6.0L if I want to put I high proformans cam in it do I need to get a new chip made or can I just buy a tuner and tune it myself?
