What am I going to need to th400 swap my 94 2500

longer driveshaft, if its 4wd swap input splines of tcase, shifter, trans, dipstick, vacuum hose and a souce per your investigation, walter engineering vss adapter possibly or other, also depends on 2wd or 4wd. modify drac for change in ratios if you care

If I were to swap over to 2wd what would I need??? (had 4l60e / man tcase)

2wd trans, move crossmember, longer driveshaft. you can remove the front dif i suppose. youll need to keep the wheel bearings alive with the end of the cv shaft though. cant run without it. and then it would depend what 2wd trans you use and all those wonderful differences and specifics
