Transfer case noise...is my diagnosis correct?

Not yet... I have been slammed at work with year end. I will try everyone's suggestions and update this thread. Anyone have a how to on rebuild u joints ? With pics? Never done it...

Ok... So I pulled the front driveshaft out and both of the yokes on the tcase ant front diff seem tO spin freely and not get hung up. The tcase one spins easy and you can hear fluid swishing around. The front diff spins but is harder than the tcase. Neither one seems to have a sticking point though like they did with the ds in.

I then engaged 4 hi and took it for a drive and did not hear the rubbing/clunking.

I have not had time look at the u joints but will next weekend. Is there a way to tell if the front ds is bent?

Any other thoughts?
