I think there's a semi truck wrecking yard here in town if there is and if I can find the time this week I'll try to check it out and see what they are asking for horns and if I they are reasonable I'll let you guys know

For an air supply you might consider a CO2 or a scuba tank. I carry a 10lb tank in my motorhome to keep the tires aired up. CO2 tanks are 1800 psi and scuba tanks are 4000 psi. They last an incredibly long time on a charge. I had mine filled at a paintball shop.
