Has anyone ever changed out there torsion bar keys with a 3 jaw bearing puller? Any advice? And is a 2 ton pulled strong enough?

Never tried a puller. I usually use the air hammer against the key all around near the torsion bar. If I'm changing it I will heat it with the torch, spray penetrating fluid then heat it again. They usually break free after that. If your doing it in the truck, be sure to spray the torsion bar in the lower control arm as well, since it will need to slide forward to remove the key.

If you pan on using a 3jaw puller to unload the pressure on the keys please don't. Rent the proper tool. Now if you are trying to peas the t bar out of key and lower control arm, it probably won't be strong enough
