torsion bar key bolts

I checked my measurements on my truck and went to adjust the torsion bars and when I got the same height in the front the passenger side key bolt is out of threads.
Should I replace the keys or what is the solution?

most likely your bars are worn out. there is always some difference though, but if you bottom out your adjustment and your not on the bump stops, then your tbars are worn out. i've got the ones off my blazer that i replaced w 1ton bars i'd let go for a benjamin franklin.
