Thanks for all the reply’s I think I will do a roll up one and I will keep my eye out for a sale.

Mine just showed up today via FedEx. Whole week early! North Mountain is the brand. Gonna install it here shortly n I'll give ya an honest opinion.

That took me all of about 25 min to install. Roundabout. Cross bars roll up with it. I only put 4 clamps on to test fit. Locks into the end of the rails when unrolled. So far I'm ok with my purchase. Does have felt or some type of cushion on bottom of rails.

I got a question what other vehicles have the same bed size as the shirt bed 98 that manybe would fit my.truck I want a hard top cover and there's danger every make and model around me but my ear so I'm wondering if there's any other ears and make some models that will interchange with mine that I can maybe get off another truck and put it on mine

I went with the trifold as the roll up on my 2001 stepside pools rain water. The trifold the rain runs off . Easy to fold up quickly to haul. I live in the PNW so we get our share of rain.

My 89 is roll up, locks in rear... Was a ***** to cut through the Rhino Lining for the new bolts, brackets.
