I know several guys have said they would never start with a 2wd chassis for a solid axle conversion ever again.

Something about the way the front frame is formed around the "hump"...can't recall if it was too pitched in, not popped up enough or coil buckets not to making it an easy conversion.

I suppose if you're lifting it high it won't make much difference though....

What hump? The humps around coil springs? If so they won't make any difference they just look bad. Ill snap some pics of my buddies truck when I get back to town next week. It was a 2wd frame.
