Surging at idle

Hi I have a 1993 FS Blazer and its surges at idle pretty bad and I have no idea what cause Ing it I already replaced the idle air control valve because it was sticking but that didn't help. Any help would be appreciated

How old are your plug wires? My plug wires went bad and the engine surged at idle.

Plug wires, vacuum leaks, map sensor. I had some surging issues when I bought mine, mine turned out to be a combination of vacuum leaks and plug wires.

Fixed vacuum leaks when I bought it I also changed the map sensor forgot to me too that

Did a full tune up but it still does it idk where to go next

I would check your EGR valve for a stuck pintle.

have you cleaned/checked your IAC valve? sometimes they get dirty.
