Subs wont work with new double din

I recently hooked up my brand new pioneer 3300bt double din. I connected the left and right plugs for the amp into the left and right sub woofer plugs on the head unit. The subs were working when I took my previous head unit out. They however do not work now. Anyone have this problem or have an answer for me?

go thru the menu on the unit should be under audio theres a setting that will show up sub on or off i would bet its off

yea theres a level setting and ive gone through all of them

i'm stumped the only thing i could say is the remote wire to the amp? plus its hard to figure not looking right at it

And no the amp is not powering up. There should be a blue light shooting out of it but none coming on

ok sounds like the remote turn on lead is connected to the wrong wire off the head unit

should be a blue and white wire from deck that connects to the remote wire that goes to the amp
