Well my parents want to half a set of wheels and tires for me for christmas. I think im going with the procomp series 1079 or 1069 in 15x8. The tires I want are the general grabber AT2's in 31,10.5R15. The reason for these tires is because i mostly drive roads and seldom go offroad. But I still wanted the beefy look. will the 15.8's be ok with the 10.5 tire? Also whats the bolt pattern for the wheels? Thanks.

Heres the wheels

And the tires

Let me know what you think and how you think they will look.

They'll look pretty good for a stock set-up, if I recall correctly those would be the same dimensions as the stock alloy and tire, other than rim diameter. Lug pattern is 6x5.5"

Ok thanks. Would I still have the same ride height I have now do you think? I'm running a 255,70R16 now.

Change in plans haha. Im going with the 265,75R16 with the same wheels just in 16"s. It says to get a 16X10 wheel. Should i get a 16X10 or 16X8. I want them to stick out and be noticeable going own the road.

Ok man, if your just keeping it stock I would go with the 16x8 on a 285/75/16. If your concerned with your gearing and v6 then go with a 265/75/16. But stick to a x8 wheel, those x10 will be way overkill for the tires.

2" BL-- 285's-- 16x8's with 4.5" BS on a k3500

alright thanks. I would love 285's but i gotta keep my gas mileage up and my tire price down. That 3500 is exactly what I want to do with mine 2"bl but with general grabbers. How bad would it look with 265 75 R16's with a 2"bl?

285s won't hurt your gas mileage much, if at all, its just not that big of jump but I wouldn't do a 2" BL if you stick with 265s, IMO it won't look right. Body lifts give these trucks a lot of room, this is my old '91 with 3" body and 33x12.50s on 15x8s, I could fit 35x12.50s no problem.
