Spray wd40 and let it soak for a while say a prayer and it will turn that's what I did lol

I just got the ignition unstuck which allowed me to remove the key, it was an adjustment on a cable that apparently got messed with when I was looking for the btsi. Still won't shift out of park though.

It was the shift cable pinched by the seat.
