Strange request: Looking for a specific picture

Hey guys I got locked out of my old windows account on my computer so I gotta start all over again. My desktop picture was a picture of an OBS EC. The shot included a shot of the extended cab portion of an obs looking into the distance with a sunset as the back ground. All you can see of the truck is the rear of the cab and part of the box on the right side of the picture. I really liked this pic and would like to have it as my desktop again.
