Don't know if this goes here...didn't see a thread for wheels and tires.

I'm looking for extended lug studs for the rear axle of my dually. I bought a set of nice 19.5 8x6.5 wheels and the rear lug studs are about an inch too short.

I've looked everywhere online. I called ARPs custom shop. Called multiple custom bolt and screw manufacturers.
No dice.

Has no one ever ran 19.5 dually wheel on these trucks before? How did they solve the rear lug stud problem?

Because there has never been a need for them . Remember parts are produced based on the demand and selling them. Have you considered ordering the lug studs for a 4500 or 5500 series HD Chevy truck that came with 19's. I don't remember what the Kodiak came with. Wouldn't that be easier.
In " street trucks " magazine there are always the over top eight lugs and dually's with big wheels , give them look.

Are you trying to run all aluminum wheels on the rear, no steel inners? If so, that's not gonna work. Studs aren't long enough - but more importantly, the wheel mounting flange on the hub isn't long enough.

My 19's are cut down 19.5's. No issues with stock studs, but as @someotherguy mentioned I have stock inners.

My inners Are both steel.

My wheel hub bore is 130mm and for the life of me I can't find what these went on originally to try and find longer studs lol
