Strange Grey Box

Hey everyone, I'm back from the dead! But my truck sadly isn't. Got a wiring short somewhere, and I think I found it in my engine harness. Currently removed and exploring options to have it rebuilt, but I wanted to ask about this strange grey box I found amongst the wiring. I've never seen this before, and I can't seem to find info on it anywhere. Any ideas as to what this little thing could be?

I'd have to guess it's a diode pack based on what I can see. One purple wire goes to the brake switch, another to the front axle "4x4 engaged" switch, and yet another to the RWAL module.

Check out the attachment, the left side between B and C.
