Sticky steering

So my steering feels like it sticks in the direction you make minor corrections in. If that makes any sense. I was going to replace the pitman and idler arms pretty soon, but don't know if that would fix it.

Any ideas?

It sounds like you are getting a bind in your steering gear.

Worm lash is adjustable on the steering box but there is a specific procedure. Too tight and the gears burn out too loose and they break off. Check with a GM tech for the printout of the procedure.
