Steering wheel off after shaft replacement

My wheel was way off after changing the steering box. I forgot to swap pitman arms. The box I removed had a Moog and the one I installed had an AC Delco, wheel was like 45 degrees off. Indexing of pitman arm seems the most likely cause.
