Squealing noise when engine is running. HELP Needed!

I had a squeal that was cured by fitting a new correct length serpentine belt from GM. I had a new NAPA belt put on, which caused the squealing. Decided to pay the extra bucks , and got an OEM part from the dealer. Problem solved.

One thing to watch for to help diagnose is the temperature of the pulleys. When my AC was on, the alternator pulley was slipping, and the pulley heated up.
