You definitely have a bad ground somewhere do you have blinkers when you hit the brakes?

They do some different sh! T when I'm kn the brakes lol and I redid alot of my grounds with 0 guage wire but not all of them

Check your trailer plug, I had one get so full of corrosion it caused all sorts of funky things with my lights, taillights wouldn't shut off at all, hyper flash turn signals, etc.

Take your tail lights out and see what you have then it can't hurt to try
