SILVERADO HD HOOD OR SIERRA DENALI HD HOOD 07-13 ON CHEVY 88-98 C1500????

hey guys i would lyk to know if anyone else out there has had the same idea as me...i would lyk to know if a chevy hd 07-13 hood will fit on my chevy 97 c1500?? has anybody done this?? i have seen piks of this being done and it looks BAD ASS!!! its an option other than a cowl hood u know something different... i have seen this on race street trucks specially on those crazy RGV trucks it looks sick.. i think they modded out but its worth it...thanx! if anyone has done it or have any idea on how to do it comment on it thanx!

Ok...i had to reread that at least 3 times to understand what the heck you are saying. But no the GMT900 series hoods are not a direct bolt on. What people have done is take the outer skin off of a GMT800 (99-07 body style) HD hood and graft it onto their existing GMT400 hood.

yeah like said above you have to cut and piece together each hood

brought the truck to scrapin and parked it next to my (wife's) Camaro ObseSSed

had a few people scratching there head trying to figure out how the hood was done
I over heard one person saying I had to have used 3 hoods to make that lol
