Shocks for Z71

I'm searching for replacement shocks for my 97 ecsb Z71. It looks like I still have the original Bilsteins.

Question is...I see some listed as not for Z71. Are the z71 shocks different or are all the dimensions the same but they just put bilsteins on?

Im running 2 inch extended Rancho RS5000 series in the front and higher quality Bilsteins in the back. Got them from JC Whitney when I got my leveling kit, just incase the ride would've been much worse. I love them, they handle great. But the point is when I ordered mine the only option was for 4wd. So long as they fit a 97 k1500 4wd you should be good.

Assuming you're not lifted or lowered, the best shock would be the Bilstein 4600 (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/bsn-24-020435/overview/year/1997/make/gmc/model/k1500) if you don't want to spend that much, I would highly recommend the Rancho RS5000.
