I ended up running it through the antenna grommet. Only other thing I need to do is get some 6.5" spacers for the new speakers. There a little deeper than I though and they appear to be in the way of the window coming all the way down.
And on a side note, looks like Ill be needing new rockers on the truck too. Right where the sills bolt to the rockers is rotted. and the sound dampening under the carpet is damp. I found a hole in the firewall, and fixed that so hopefully no more water will be getting in.
