rockerpanel chrome adhesive?

Im swaping out the chrome on the rocker panels and was wondering what is the best adhesive to use? My pieces were black looken so I took nicer looken pieces off my donar truck

the stuff on the aftermarket ones is 3m double stick tape but it cover the entire back side of the chrome.

I need to repair a part of my front lower bed piece from when the truck got hit. I've been wondering myself what would work and be the best.

Yeah I just ended up bonding them with some 3M super automotive adhesive

what's that the double sided tape or is it a glue like in a tube etc.?

It was in a spray can so I just sprayed it on both sides

ohhh that's like headliner spray, not sure how well it'd hold up on the outside.

Yeah I don't know about it in the future but it gave a great bond so time will tell I guess

Locktite makes roll adhesive that puts 3M to shame. I used it to put a pair of emblems on my leather door panels, can't get them off.

I got some of that stuff right now, loctite power grab double sided tape.
