My truck is a 1996 c2500 6 lug 350/nv3500 9.5 sf 14bolt with truetrac posi. I recently went from djm control arms, drop springs, qa1 shocks and Belltech flip kit with helper bags to the Ridetech coilover suspension.
The current wheels are kmc 20x8.5 +35 offset. Tires are 255/40r20 front and 265/50r20 rear. The wheels have been on the truck close to 10 yrs. I’d like to get something lighter and better offset as these wheel rub the sway bar when turning full lock. These wheels rubbed the djm controls at full lock so the offset has never been right. I’d like to run a similar size setup to the red single cab in the ridetech article. I uploaded two screen shots of the wheel setup on trucks with the same ridetech coilover suspension. Was going to order 17x8 0 offset for the front untill I saw the sticky for wheel offset that recommends atleast +6mm offset with 4.75” back space to tuck the front. I figured I could copy the setup from the other ridetech trucks but wanted to hear opinions if the +0 offset wheels will work. Thanks
